Cancellations:
Make a purchase and change your mind? No worries. As long as you send us an email before we have started creating your order, we will send you a full refund. Please contact us at shopblacksheepjewelry@gmail.com. Cancellations only work if we have not started your order. Items are created just for you so if we have begun filling your order, a cancellation can not be requested.

Exchanges:
Want a different style than what you purchased? Please contact us at shopblacksheepjewelry@gmail.com regarding your request. Item(s) must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs will not be covered by Black Sheep, LLC.
